Budget Planning Education That Makes Sense

Most people spend years figuring out budgeting through trial and error. We've condensed those lessons into a structured approach that actually sticks. No fluff, no overnight promises – just straightforward financial education built around annual planning cycles.

Our programs started in 2019 when we noticed too many Australians were getting contradictory advice about managing yearly expenses. Since then, we've helped over 2,800 individuals build confidence with their financial planning.

Finding Your Starting Point

Not everyone needs the same approach. Some of you are starting from scratch, others might be refining existing habits. We guide you through a series of questions to figure out where you actually are – not where you think you should be.

The first step involves understanding your current tracking methods. Are you using spreadsheets? Bank apps? Nothing at all? Each answer leads to different recommendations.

Complete Beginners

You'll start with basic income and expense tracking. We walk through setting up simple systems before moving to annual projections.

Existing Budgeters

If you're already tracking expenses, we focus on optimizing your annual planning cycles and identifying blind spots.

Business Owners

Your situation needs separate personal and business budget streams. We help you manage both without overlap confusion.

Foundation Track

This track runs for eleven weeks starting September 2025. You'll meet once weekly for two hours, working through real scenarios based on Australian cost of living.

We cover everything from setting up your first annual budget template to planning for irregular expenses like car registration or insurance renewals. The curriculum adapts based on group needs – if everyone's struggling with the same concept, we spend more time there.

  • Week 1-3: Income documentation and monthly expense patterns
  • Week 4-7: Building your annual budget framework
  • Week 8-11: Adjusting for life changes and testing scenarios
